Hello World.  Meet Coffeeteria.

For the past 2 months, we’ve been working around the clock developing, casting, and creating two new programs. ”Coffeeteria” and “Mystery News” have been created for Fuel Ignited and Worship Kids Style.

While I can’t post any clips yet, you can check out some behind the scene clips here at the Coffeeteria facebook group.  We’ve shot 2 episodes for Mystery News and 4 for Coffeeteria with 12 more coming.  Four more episodes of Mystery News have just been ordered up, and our good friend Can Do Cameron is also slated for another 4 episodes.  That makes around 21 adventures that me and that little guy have taken.

While all that’s been going on, between producing/acting in “Coffeeteria” crew captain Andy Duensing is hitting the festival circuit with his indie film, “Make Out With Violence“ and is even headed to South by SouthWest. He’s also giving away their EP “Let’s Get Awesome” for free download on his website. Grab it while he’s crazy enough to give it away.

These are two out of several videos in the “I Matter” marketing campaign to demonstrate the importance of minority women. They’re essentially “talking heads” pieces but to make a warmer impact, we filmed additional footage looking for shots that would echo their sentiments and tell a story. This set was chosen for it’s warm tones and cool wood panels in which used both elegant leather chairs and old school wooden seats.

What’s better than being chased by Giant Invisible Robots?

This episode of Can Do Cameron was shot in High Def on one of the hottest days of the summer.  At one point, actor Jonathan Macarthur (Ruthless Rufus) tipped his eye patch and poured out sweat. He was wearing a leather jacket in 90+ degree weather but never complained.

While directing the guys, I found myself saying things like, “There’s a Giant Thing over there shooting lasers at you!” and “The ground around you is shaking and stuff is flying past your head!” or “Look up in the sky as if you’re watching Disneyland burn!” Grayson (Cameron) and Jonathan did an excellent job selling the FX.
